1. All water between holes 14 & 15 is now a “Lateral Water Hazard”. A ball coming to rest in GUR may be dropped without penalty at the nearest point of relief.
   
   A ball in the water hazard may be dropped for 1 shot penalty at the agreed point of entry, not nearer the hole. Please see rule 26 1b. All ground and water within the margin of a lateral water hazard are part of the water hazard.
   
   When the margin is defined by stakes the stakes are inside the water hazard, and the margin of the hazard is defined by the nearest outside points of the stakes at ground level.

The pond on the left of hole 16 is now a lateral water hazard.

2. On hole number 4 a ball that comes to rest in the trees on the left, outside the boundary indicated by white stakes shall be deemed out of bounds.

NOTE: On the 4th hole, the free drop relief when in bounds but with an impeded swing outlined previously is longer the case.
